What you need to Register

In order to register, either:

Complete the application form as fully as possible providing a complete work history. If there is not enough space for a full work history on the form, please supply additional information on a separate sheet and attach.

In order to complete the registration process, call to arrange a convenient time for you to visit us in our Botley office to carry out an interview.

You will need to bring the following documentation with you:

  • Work permit (if applicable)
  • NI number card or a recent tax document e.g. P45, P60
  • Current enhanced CRB check if available
  • 3 Passport photos
  • Course training certificates
  • Bank account details
  • Proof of address eg: a bank statement/utility bill dated within the last three months
  • Address history for last five years
  • Minimum of two referees (one must be your current employer)

Due to a recent change in the regulations associated with C.S.C.I. and ‘Skills for Care’ CRB policy recommendations; we are now required to order a brand new ‘enhanced’ CRB document for all new workers. Those CRB checks must then be renewed on an annual basis. Completely Care will undertake to manage the whole of this procedure on your behalf.
