Placing a Vacancy

For a hassle free service, all you need to do is call Completely Care, anytime day or night, providing us with the details of the cover required and information of the services you provide. We can meet long term, short term and emergency booking requests and commit to giving you a response within 30 minutes advising if we are going to be able to fill your shift.

We understand and appreciate the difficult nature and variety of our client’s needs, recognising that our client’s are normally very busy. A great deal of time can be saved if we can match requirements exactly without the need for several discussions. Therefore, it is crucial that we have as much information as possible regarding both role and shift requirement so that we can select the most suitable person for the work in both skill and availability. The information we acquire will also enable us to fully brief the worker prior to them commencing the assignment.

Regarding our permanent recruitment service, we do not believe that providing a ‘beauty parade’ of CV’s, simply drawn from a database search constitutes any level of service or value. We aim to provide a genuine consultancy service by investing our time in creating and providing a short list of only the best, most suitable applicants; ready for interview. To achieve this we will carry out an in-depth analysis of your requirements. We will seek to find out exactly what the job involves - the qualifications, skills and experience required, as well as giving consideration to the environment, your expectations and therefore the personality profile of the ideal person.
