Training
Our own internal training department
carries out inductions for all new candidates and provides free
of charge annual refresher training for all our temporary staff
in the following categories:
- Principles of care
- Role of the carer
- Needs of the service user
- Health & Safety in the workplace
- Food Hygiene
- Moving & Handling Awareness
- Basic first aid for the workplace
- Adult Abuse
- Challenging behavior
We also work closely with our clients
to ensure that their individual training needs in each project
are met. These courses may include epilepsy awareness, introduction
to autism, physical intervention; depending on the needs of
the organisation. |
